How to hide some parts of the Internet Options menu ?

* Go to Start > Run and type regedit then click Ok.
* Go to the path like the following,

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft

*
Right click on the Microsoft folder and choose Next > Key.
*
To name it, type Internet Explorer.
*
Right click on the Internet Explorer folder and select New > DWORD Value.
*
Name it GeneralTab.
*
To edit the registry value, double click on GeneralTab which is in the right hand of the Registry Editor window. Then change the value to 1 instead of 0.
*
Click on the OK button in the Edit DWORD Value window.
